Johanna Deleissegues

Johanna Deleissegues’ practice includes over 20 years’ experience in homeowner association law, contract and business law. She represents homeowner associations by providing legal opinions, drafting documents such as rules and restatements, enforcing governing documents and advising board of directors on all types of governance issues. She is also skilled in dispute resolution and enforcement litigation.

Johanna graduated in 1995 with a B.A. in Mass Communications from Boston College, and in 2000 earned her law degree from the University of Florida and a Masters in Mass Communication in 2001. She lives in Encinitas with her husband Richard and their two young boys.
