I have been working in the insurance industry for approx. 37 years now and have not often found it necessary to send letters of praise, however I felt it necessary in this instance to advise you of the exceptional work done by Johanna Deleissegues as to the defense of our insured in this matter.

Johanna was at all times professional, thorough, provided timely status reports and was instrumental in resolving this matter with a difficult claimant in a timely manner, which prevented this claim to escalate into a costly lawsuit.
